A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is an individual who is a food and nutrition expert who has met rigorous criteria to earn the RDN Credential. RDN’s need to complete a minimum of a bachelor’s degree at a US regionally accredited university and course work approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
They are also responsible to complete an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program consisting of 1,200+ hours in various health-care facility settings. The final step in the process to becoming an RDN involves an extremely difficult national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

The personal training offered by Altitude Nutrition & Exercise Consulting will be the best investment you can make for yourself in the realm of exercise. We offer hands on training in our in house facility. If you currently do not have a gym membership and wish to exercise at home, we can bring the gym to you by applying the expert knowledge among our trainers with items you already own.
Each training session is catered to you and your specific goals, health status, and current fitness level. We offer training to individuals of all ages, however, minors will need a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we have methods of taking you to the next level.
